The incorporation of innovators, iCUBED, was formed
by four senior students of our college in the year 2008.
The first Milestone of iCUBED was the selection of these
students for the Grand Finale of the national level
competition HP Innovate 2008. They worked together with
the students of 1st and 2nd year to write the paper named
“Multipurpose Nanobullet”. iCUBED was unnamed then,
but the enthusiasm of all the students in the field of
practical innovation and their co-operative approach and
friendship sowed the seed of iCUBED at that time.

Few months later, with the encouragement of Dr. J. P.
Pichamuthu, Head of the Departments of Electronics &
Communication and Telecommunication branch, the
technical forum named Incredible Innovators Incorporated
was formed by the students. The first day of iCUBED was
6th September, 2008, Fresher’s Day in our college. With
the arrival of the new engineering students, iCUBED was
established.

“Imitate, Innovate and Invent”, the three I’s are the icons
of iCUBED. We hope to develop new projects that belong
to next world. Thus they will have to involve all
disciplines if they are to incorporate the complexities of
reality. Hence iCUBED welcomes to its fold students of
all branches. The goal of iCUBED is to excel in the field
of practical engineering by improving soft skills and
technical skills through the implementation of our
theoretical knowledge to solve real world problems,
as well as learn and work as a team through co-operation.
